1 What are your Educational Activities at the Center for the Study of Co*Design?
Currently teaching courses on problem-based learning (PBL) and the co-design of sustainability transitions, urban innovations, low carbon society and resilient communities. Responsible for a special lecture series designed to enhance student science communication and co-creation competencies, with emphasis on sustainability science.
2 What Research are you involved in?
Undertaking ethnographic research on ageing communities in Japan and Australia, with a focus on co-design and co-creation with local stakeholders. Exploring the potential of the ethical city (and ethical communities) as a societal response to pressing issues facing the world today with a specific focus on urban liveability.
